When will my order be delivered?

Your order will be dispatched the following day or up to three working days after placing your order.

We use leading couriers and local postal services, such as USPS, ONTRAC, or Lasership, to deliver your order within the United States. The estimated delivery time from shipment is as follows:

Occasionally, packages may face delays, such as customs clearance or postal delays, which are beyond our control. We appreciate your understanding.

Though we strive to deliver your products as quickly as possible, we rely on third-party shipping companies to facilitate order deliveries. We have no control over the delivery method or handling by the local carrier or post office. Our responsibility ends at the moment of shipping but not the moment the product is received. How can I track my order?

When your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a dispatch email notification with the tracking details.

It may take up to 2 days for tracking information to update in the system. Please note, if you've ordered multiple products, they may not always be dispatched together.
